"It might be controversial, but The Wizard Of Oz(1939) always felt like a horror movie to me (maybe I’m too soft lol). I remember being traumatized and super scared the first time I watched it (I was 5), but also the movie inspired me into pursuing a creative career. The flying monkeys freaked me out (still do) and the wicked witch of the west is the scariest movie villain I've ever experienced.I can't even begin to imagine how people felt when it was first released! A true masterpiece and my favorite all-time movie.I am not a HUGE fan of scary movies, but I definitely enjoy a proper jump scare flick."
